It's so interesting to see "Let the sunshine" sung outside the context of the show. On talkshows and promotional concerts, it's all about spreading love and happiness. In the show, it's a desperate plea, BEGGING for the sun to shine on this dark, desolate world.

Great performance by the cast, they hit it just right. I'm not so sure about the shows band though. They tried to be too cute which is not what the performance is about. Hair the musical must be done entirely the original way, the same way the music of Bach, Mozart and Beethoven are played.

Questo è il brano che mi piace di più di tutta l'opera. Marco Guerzoni è superlativo, interpreta Clopin con grinta e determinazione. In questo brano c'è tutta l'essenza del personaggio, uno zingaro che ultimo fra gli ultimi difende il suo popolo sgangherato e clandestino con coraggio e tenacia fino a sacrificare la sua vita. È crudele con i forti, prepotenti e arroganti ma anche tenero e dolce con Esmeralda che ha cresciuto con la dedizione di un fratello maggiore che cerca di educare e mettere in guardia sui primi batticuori dell'ignara fanciulla.

Fantastico meraviglioso bravissimo una presenza scenica difficile da eguagliare❤❤❤

I saw the original Hollywood cast at the Aquarius Theatre and this bunch comes the closest to the true musical power that house rock band had...the music was so bad-ass good that the audience was dancing along in the middle of the numbers, just some of the best rock n roll you ever heard. Like most musicals, the story was shit, but the music!!!!!!
